ColorWare, a company that specializes in painting gadgets, is now ready to turn your iPhone 4S green, pink, yellow, or some combination of dozens of colors beyond black or white. As pictured above, you will be able to add splashes of color to your brand new iPhone 4S including the earbuds that come bundled with your phone.

One of the main complaints iPhone fans have about the iPhone 4S is that is has maintained the chassis of the iPhone 4. Many were expecting an external redesign for the latest iPhone in addition to software updates.

Based on the design above, we have to admit that it is a pretty nice look, allowing your iPhone 4S to stand out in a good way while maintaining its sleek form factor. Unfortunately if you want to stand out among the crowd, prepare to fork out a pretty sum for that privilege.

Color accented earbuds can also be purchased.

While a Colorware update for an already purchased iPhone 4S costs $250, customers can also buy a new iPhone 4S, already bespoked for $1500 for a 16GB model and $1700 for a 64 GB model.

GelaSkins has several sweet designs on their iPhone 4S page that will also cover the front of the phone (unlike ColorWare’s process) and includes matching digital wallpaper. Or you can just get an iPhone 4S case in a fun color.

The iPhone 4S released on Oct. 14 and has the largest debut of any iPhone. When you knew this news, would you like to give your iPhone 4S a Color Update or buy a new one from ColorWare Company? As me, I think spend $265 to update the color on iPhone 4S is a little expensive. I prefer to buy a cover rather than update a color. I can change the different covers everyday and it can protects my iPhone and save money! But we still interested in hearing from someone who would send the iPhone to ColorWare.
